The wines on this list have been enjoyed and selected by the owners of Fordoun. A couple of the wines have not been Platter tasted or star rated, so we have not printed star ratings against any of the wines.  You are just going to have to trust what we believe to be taste and price value throughout the selection.

A strict selection of Elgin’s best quality vineyards. A very focused style of Sauvignon blanc showing fresh granadilla and green apple fruit, with underlying chalk and slate notes confirming the Elgin origin of the grapes.

The palate is finely textured with crisp fruit.
