Yoga
Fordoun now have the services of Yoga instructor Tasha Saha, a registered teacher with the Young Yoga Institute. Offering Yoga at Fordoun allows guests to enjoy the benefits of a system of health and wholeness, helping to contribute to a relaxed state of well being. There are already four classes a week; hotel guests are welcome to join in given availability. There is a two day Yoga package available as well.

Intensive Individual Session : 2hrs 30mins

This session includes an extended asana practice and meditation instruction.

1 Day Yoga Workshop: 2x 2.5 hr sessions

Immerse yourself in yoga. The morning session includes an enlivening workout, while the afternoon session is centered around calming, restorative poses. An extended break between sessions allows ample time for lunch, relaxation or spa treatments.

Yoga allows each individual to work within their own capacity, whatever their strengths or limitations may be. In an Individual Session, your Yoga Instructor, Tasha Saha, is able to tailor a program to assist with specific health issues or requirements (detox, stress relief, diabetes, asthma, sciatica, migraines, reduced mobility etc)
Beginners will be introduced to yoga with gentle, comprehensive instruction and support, while the experienced will benefit from the opportunity to practice more advanced postures while receiving in depth guidance and personal attention. |
