Skye Restaurant is a fine dining establishment set in the heart of The Natal Midlands, incorporating the beauty and luxury that is The Midlands into our menu and restaurant.

In the past year, we have been awarded with 2 Chefs Hats by Portfolio Places and been listed in The BOE / Moet en Chandon Top 100 Restaurants in South Africa.

Skye restaurant at Fordoun serves modern classical cuisine using locally sourced ingredients wherever possible from our surrounding farms. Your Chef Graham Neilson draws inspiration from his time spent working in the U.K., the United States, Bermuda and back home in Durban. He looks to blend Midlands comfort food with a healthy approach to compliment the Fordoun experience. He encourages you to relax and feel at home but above all enjoy your meal!
