Skye Restaurant is a fine dining establishment set in the heart of The Natal Midlands, incorporating the beauty and luxury that is The Midlands into our menu and restaurant.

In the past year, we have been awarded with 2 Chefs Hats by Portfolio Places and been listed in The BOE / Moet en Chandon Top 100 Restaurants in South Africa.

Your chefs are Quinton van der Heim and Sally Cavanagh. We are both passionate about this restaurant and the food that is prepared in it. Every plate that is served is done so with attention to detail and above all, to the best of our abilities.
