The hotel comprises seventeen luxurious, individually appointed double suites with private verandas, underfloor heating and dream bathrooms, each with bath and shower, and a dressing area. Each room has its own television, and tea/coffee-making facilities. There is also a double suite with wheelchair access and specially adapted bathroom. Despite its luxurious atmosphere, and emphasis on quality, Fordoun’s rates are surprisingly competitive in relation to similar hydros elsewhere.

Please Note:
* Rates are inclusive of VAT and Breakfast and free use of the pools, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, gym and floatation pool at the spa
* Double rates are per person sharing
* No pets

DEPOSITS:
A 50% deposit is required within 48 hours of booking. The deposit may be paid either by credit card or by payment into our banking account. In the event of non-payment of a deposit, the hotel reserves the right to cancel any reservation without notice or liability to the client.
